In June 2019, the Town of Kennebunkport issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified planning firms. Five firms responded to the RFP.
In September 2019, the Town selected Tom Morgan and Liz Durfee to update the plan. Liz is the proprietor of EF | Design & Planning, LLC, located in Newmarket, NH. Tom does business under the auspices of TZM Planning in Portsmouth. Together, they bring 40+ years of experience in community planning. The parties signed a contract in September 2019.
